DeHAUS Garten Residenz is a residential development within a building of high patrimonial value, exceptionally located in an area surrounded by nature: opposite Parque da Cidade, right on Avenida da Boavista. The mansion is a listed building that once belonged to the Burmester family, prestigious port wine producers, built in the glamorous era of the 1930s.
The central palace is notable for its classic appearance, with light coloured stucco and varnished wooden shutters, window and door frames. Sculpted covings and hand painted azulejos are also features of the mansion. The abundant railings are of painted wrought iron.
